Intraday the upside stagnates with a very weak pinbar rejecting the descending trendline.
I'm hoping for a fake-out of sorts, where 1.31 gets tagged, but then fades back down.

Frankly, it could reach any price for as much as I know.
The chart I posted shows the lines im looking at.
I think it might tag 1.31 today and if it does, Im in short GBPUSD as you can see on the chart.
The stop-loss I set for 1.3216.

If it breaks the purple line, I dont see much in the way of resistance anymore, because these is space below (read Space vs. Traffic in the J16 chart thread).
I set the target just shy of recent lows, so that my take-profit acts as a 'toll-booth' for stop runs.

If you're going to take anything away from this post, let it be that I'm not some all knowing entity or anything, just some guy with some subjective view of what may lie ahead of us.

On the daily TF we are in an ABC correction down (currently leg C). Intraday leg C of an ABC correction up is nearly complete. You can start looking for short setups between 1.3085 and 1.3100

At least still in profit and if it stop me i would be stopped with only 0.05 lots. But h4 is still under moving average and cannot close above fibo 100 thats the only good thing for bears

Price is still being kept near 1.305 after quite good US results, so you might be right, still holding onto the longs for now, will see what happens...
