several scenarios are possible.
but the point is always trading towards the sign.
the goal is to achieve a bigger trend.
In my opinion, this pair is trying to move up but is held down by USD/JPY.

I think further upside can be expected from this pair. I see bullish divergence on the H4. My two cents.

My guess is a prolonged shakeout has been taking place on this pair to stop out longs. The sentiment is extreme in pointing to the upside. So naturally, more people are going long on this pair. Power traders use such information to their advantage by going against the herd. But we have come to a point wherein USD is in extreme unfair value territory on this pair and has been for quite some time.

So why then is the price continuing to fall so hard without a correction? I have no other answer for this but that it must be due to manipulation of USD. Very sad.

Manipulation is a better word for it. The US, despite its issues, still has the strongest economy. CHF should not be winning.
