it is not a standard BB but combined with ATR.

I use it in trend after seeing daily support or resistance.

Most importantly I look for low or high in FF session 1 hour.

I like the Hi/Lo in an hour setup......

to use "Stdev or Atr" is a discussion that has been raging for decades lol.
There is also the "efficency ratio".
This is the Hi-Lo of a certain amount of bars devided by the individual range of each bar.
