Checking chart in sleeping mode. Pullback usdx very much intact and more to before decision, similarly gbpusd may to bullback much much more in camparison and as was huge so may to in 2 waves down , this present leg likely go below 2748. So price close at least below 2808 if not breaks 2800 handle today . Lets see. Take care.
M15 candles close below 2820 may signal for 2800 play still.

They are not great event for gbpusd but watching eurusd if any limit break at 1060, still chances play.

my expectation for November .. before we see major retrace i would be looking at a wave into 1.3150 to 1.3200 then we go back to 1.25

Your view is also possible but whith new monthly candle I expect it to go in the direction of the October candle bullish then retrace back down to 1.25, I really don’t expect it to start dropping I am 1.28 holding back to 1.32 atleast .

Usdx in good congestion areas weekly, on intermediate supports weekly /monthly, well covered upthrust week, monthly candle so far may correction to up ready possible. Anyway breaks limit 97.73 will shake bear, breaks 97.89 may develop panic. Still to develop. Lets see next week.

I believe we will see the pound rise on Monday and may even see a break in what will turn out to be a giant flag

weekly close - inside week, not a great setup for bulls, I maintain my primary view that price will produce a meaningful pullback
before a new leg UP later early in November 2019. Bulls maintain control on HTF unless bears can crack 2620//2640.

End of month flows support stronger DXY, strength might last for 6-10 days.

DX daily is very strong, but it will sink EURUSD the most, GU will drift lower on auto-pilot.

it's been posted already. Hedge-funds are maxed out short in GBPUSD, so this is a contrarian signal for more gains in the future periods.
as you can see, last time they maxed out short, GU produced a strong multi-month bull run.

But. COT is useless for intra-day trading pretty much.

500 bln USD worth of options expire 1st week of November, so most likely will drag price lower due to option pinning @ expiry.

yes there is, last week banks have close 10k shorts contracts and open up 10k longs contracts.. it is a massive shift..their net positioning down to now 60% from previous weeks when their net positioning was 20% long and 80% shorts...
sell strength in falling markets, and buy weakness in rising markets.
