Imo monday gu will touch 1.3000 and will start to give new lows in coming weeks. May breaks 1.2200 on nodeal brexit on 31 oct.

so we think the gap is the blue line .but brokers might not have it that way and there could be filled short orders too but will you broker have that to ???

Boris said clearly today he will NOT ask for an extension. I am curious if he really does that or chickens out again.

he said he is not negotiating. so maybe he sends the letter just as a formal thing but refuses to do anything else required for a delay. by his aggressive rethoric, he definitely has something up his sleeve so its going to be fun whats that gonna be...

I'm afraid it's not that simple knkie. If the UK crashes out with no deal, it impacts the entire EU due to bilateral agreements. It is in everyone's interest that the UK exits with a deal. The task of negotiating trade agreements will be 100 times more difficult if the UK crashes out, and they'll drag the Euro down with them, the EU won't risk that, so they'll grant an extension, but the currencies will continue to feel the impact.

Parliament cannot force the EU to extend , but can vote the government down on every move like today

imagine next week Parliament decides to vote on another amendment or motion that asks the government to apply for an extension with the EU , then gov cannot refuse to comply and cannot go against benn bill

even if tonight BoJo does not send the formal request to the EU , Parliament will find a way to vote a request to the UK gov to apply for an extension

Gap on gbp currently in normal limits 40 pip ... nothing .

Today we can easily see in the parliament speech that no one accepts the borris proposal. Obviously they will vote against the borris plans.
