this setup on m30 usually just falls...
this time its hesitating.
I think the vote on saturday is starting to have effect on traders.
on the one hand its possible the deal is voted down.
But Boris has flipped 27 labour mp's so that could induce buying.

im gonna stick with short because i think TA beats News.

About what technical analysis are you talking about? We are in the strongest uptrend in the last 6 months and you talk about selling?

I anticipate that GBPUSD will continue to go up most of the day, maybe all the way to the weekly 200 SMA around 1.31500. Why? If the vote goes through Saturday, GBP will go up. If the vote does not pass Saturday, there will be an extension and GBP will go up. Also, we are in an uptrend technically. Why would anyone short? I know there are plenty of opposite views. Time will tell.

Knkie, same here... but it's GU and after yesterday's Yankees' loss I can't take $hit anymore.

Latest from the EU council is that an extension is not guaranteed, also it requires unanimity by all 27 member states.
