In high impact news, the price does not obey lines, we do not know where to mark these lines ... so I will leave the chart clean and I will trade supports and resistances, ,and be aware of the drawings, that form and guide, they never fail.

I don't use a single indicator. It takes some getting use to, but forces you to read between the lines...

that's good to know. means you are on the right path and making progress. A lot better than most of the indicator junkies in here, who registered 5-10 years
ago and still trading with 0.01 lot size.

Who is going to buy 1.27, 1.28, 1.29 ? this levels was consolidation zone that got broken to the down side.

my opinion now is to look for sell signal back to 1.20 or i stay-out from buy

my past experience is to stay caution when price move faster than usual it either give other trade a chance to enter..

if you are not looking for more than 100pips dont buy GU its damn risky
Naked chart is clearer look for sell or stay out

ignore news or trade the opposite . Normally it works . or just trade the charts and forget news all together. In indexes bad news is good news as the worse the news the more bullish markets get on rate cuts and the higher the indexes go . I just mark on chart when news is coming (major known announcements ) . When trump is about to tweet the indexes go really quiet and tick volume dies right off . Whenever that happens I close my index trades immediately

Trump as adamant no interim deal with china . The more he kept putting on the news that no way was he going to do interim deal the higher the chances he was going to do one. and hey presto like magic an interim deal is done and trade war truce done and dow does vertical 1000 and probably will go to new all time highs next week.

The charts did a break out on high volume last week . That is a true breakout .. now if you are unsure wait for the down day / week on low volume or narrow spread.. narrow spread with low volume will confirm that there is no sell interest and then we can get all excited for more bull run to come. i am a trend trader intraday and just follow trend alignment on multi time frames ... 60/30/15/10/5 lines up down look for sells , 60/30/15/10/5 lines up green buy dips ... micky mouse but works

Don Friday hit the nail on the head well ... wide spread bars like the one we saw last week are big red flag and need to be treated with caution . I am looking for a test of 2500 and see the reaction to that.

  2. I always trade with 0.01 lot size never more

But

  1. the but is that my trades are copied by people on multiple platforms and i get paid per trade
  2. been doing this since 2009
  3. its called making money out of thin air
  4. but there is a risk, the risk is that my DD cannot exceed 25% of pips at any time or my commissions decrease
  5. and i love what i do

risky for sure for long , those already in can hold to see if test next target 2782 or limit 2863 upon last last big candle up last week as expected but with abnormally crazy and how distorted the normal pa while target still remain the same medium term 1.0603, let test the target or back from where it came , weekly engulfing possible, so let it signal to enter as new next week. anyway it ran fast one last leg up to down big !!

more than the rotten indicators, i always keep an eye on macro economics to guide me

trading becomes a piece of cake if you know the economy well

I randomly came across this. Excellent tracker to keep abreast of CB policies and fundamentals that are driving those decisions. Did you create your own?
