So below we have weekly chart, you can see that ABCD pattern I've drew on (I believe this is how price works well it's how I see it and it keeps it simple)
So the D point has been reached we get this by using fibs in a certain way which I won't explain here yet as newbies will blow there accounts trying.
So yeah D point has reached once D is reached I expect a pull back which we did get, price pulled back to that weekly support level which should now become resistance which of course would make your lower High as price has just created a lower low (point D). Lets go to the daily, the daily you can see that same pattern again price hit weekly resistant zone and has now completed the "A" move what next, a pull back of course, this is the B - C leg notice how weak the bulls where on this leg price was pretty much full of doji and indecision which is a good sign for us bears, I was expecting NFP to be the driver down with news being the catalyst. So weekly is bearish daily is bearish how can we get in this trade??? Let's go to the 4 hour, you can see weekly zone and a head and shoulders pattern printed on that zone, if we miss the right shoulder entry how can we get in simple we wait for the neckline break and retest (which I stated last week I was waiting for a retest of 1.24) note how last Thursday night on the 4 hour we had the star reversal pattern right on the retest of the neckline. This was a signal for me too short, I didn't take this due to NFP however we can see this has played out.
What's next? A retest of the lows on the weekly as first target then for my second I have 1.19-1.18.

This is how bones got caught out he seen the indecision forming on a daily structure level but I don't think he noticed two key points,
1. The reversal star pattern on the weekly 2 weeks ago which formed at weekly support turned resistance

2. The head and shoulders reversal pattern at that weekly level.

Too be honest alot of people where caught out by this.

with eurusd support next around 1.0940/35 usdx may get halt before further bull. so gbpusd may stop around 2180 , so watching carefully !
