all joking aside...just my opinion:

I think H4 frame is making a LH.
To do this it has to go up quite a bit.
That doesnt mean there is a "trend".

I believe why they work ... but this I would only believe if I see because of 24 years? I see that many savings will improve ... after the brexit passes, or a few hours before ... maybe a few hours later will depend on the time of the news release.
