Just had my trading software crash twice, once at a critical time, trying to get 100 bucks outa the company for their screw up, like trying to get blood out of a stone
Think the stone will be easier LOL

Only multimillion dollar company but no refund I close account and go back to MT4

yes ... they reimbursed because it was a problem that came up with the network .... then the trading was open for a while...
it led to loss .. there was no way to close... they reimbursed the negotiation and a little more.

Although this is the first time M5 has made a HH && HL moving upward towards the R.
So a springboard is possible here.

As indicated in an earlier post, this does look like a retest of the 100% fib line folks, if the above area is rejected then as we all know there's a Bear in there somewhere.

I think the PPI release in an hour will trigger the range to break downwards, but we shall see.

If the pair is reluctant going down, maybe safer to bet it going up
