Hi Guys,

My yearly support 1 at 1.20198 beckons once again a possible double bottom. My monthly support 1 at 1.20129. Price just off multi level yearly lows since January 2017. Do I dare short now?. No absolutely not , unless you are a scalper. I await, my chance for long entries.

GU update into EOD.

 

  1. Cable extends south to 1.2038 as UK election speculation mounts
  2. 1.2038 is the lowest level since Aug 14 (1.2042/45 = Aug 13/14 lows)
  3. UK Oct general election is now an odds-on bet
  4. Bids may emerge pre-1.2000 (option barrier level) if GBP/USD continues lower
  5. 1.2015 was 31-month low on Aug 12. 1.2067 and 1.21 are now resistance levels
  6. 1.2067 = Ldn am low after UK mfg PMI miss . 1.2175 = Ldn am high

2000 is a heavy options barrier, but it's also very likely a fake DB.
It will provide a decent bounce though before breaking.

Same as GBJPY the dragon. Sell high and buy low. Look for H4/D1 S/R zones and trade based on those levels.
