Assuming some/all indications are followed and applied correctly to the RH method.
I would to ask: Would you say the 4hr TF perhaps is safer in that it allows one to work off better trends even measuring off a higher 1 Day TF therefore minimise time input requirement and gives an advantage to gain more pips as compared to trading the 15min... due to a trend working over a longer space of time? Id noticed you said for intra day traders to consider the 15min intervals I'd only consider this because I prefer to open &close trades same day maybe banking 10 to 25pips per trade and end for the day 7pm GMT+2 rather than over 1 to a few days.

What are your thoughts on the two besides the point I saw you write in a previous post it is maybe more stressful and or tiring (if I'm not mistaken.).
Im curious to your insight on this... based on all your years of experience... perhaps with the method could one see any further benefit as opposed to the 4HR or is it the same but just with stress? lol

Q1: YES


Q2: I day traded all day every day for many years and I was also position trading at the same time. A world famous trader told me that day trading was akin to having a slot machine on your desk that you feed all day long, and he was right.

After years of watching charts all day, the "waiting for moves" can become monotonous and boring, and then when good moves come, I find that there is much more stress associated with trading that way (along with the management of the trade) vs the 4 hr. and higher time frames.

You can make money trading 15 min. charts, but at what price to your psyche? Not to mention, I trade to have freedom and day trading in my opinion doesn't offer that. It's more like a high stress job that you may or may not get paid for doing.

I am running VMware windows 10 metatrader 4 on a Mac and just want to ensure its in line with what you incredible folks are looking at.
