I agree, cable gives more moves usually. However, not easy with volatile and choppy ranges lately ..

But this thread doesn't really so i should explain more.

very classic HHs LLs and HLs LHs.
H4 & M30 with M5 timing.

i will post a chart next time too.

The news are not the main problem.More the lack of follow through on normal intraday moves for usual setups. At least that is what I am struggling with. I am doing better in trending markets where I can easily make good trades, I still have to master the volatile chop or avoid it. But that can mean to not have a single trade for a month ...
