If it falls before that area, I will wait for a daily close and look for a feasible bearish setup. Often times, we are fooled by the market and get sucked in too early before the real directional momentum. Good that you know we deal in probabilities and we can't be sure of the market move; a reason why, I believe, you used the phrase 'I think.'

Looking at the article. Very interesting. You know what I think they will do with this report. Wipe their Bums with it, screw it up and throw it in the bin.

Example -The UK Gov asked for the top experts to write a report regarding dangers of drugs. Which is very sensible. The report came back and they did not like the conclusion. Basically, it said if these ones here (alcohol, fags) are legal then you should make the majority of them legal. They told them to change it! I agree that i think we are in a brave new world where corporations rule. The govt's are just for show.
