By the way, does anyone know why the rally for cable? All i see on the fundamental side is Labor agreeing to a possible seocond referendum, but is that really enough to contribute to this large jump over 2 days?

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I will walk away from FOREX for a few weeks until became more stable. despite all my loses I love FOREX in my heart.
I am short GBP at 1.30817 TP target area 1.28850, Just be careful there can be small push up here, My trading style allows for a bit of a draw down.
Sold @ 1.3082 Target 1.2925

Be careful, depending on FOMC, it will break 1.3082 and go above 1.31 if FOMC is dovish

Dont give up Essei but like Theoak said. Walk away for now. Reset your emotions and start again. We all fall in that emotional trap believe me it never goes away. Thats just what we as humans do we get emotional. That is normal. With trading you just need to learn to push that aside and trade the charts not your emotions and understand why you are trading a specific trade.

Make yourself a journal of every trade you do. Wright down you emotions at that point and explain why you taking the trade. for instance is there resistance levels, , is the market over sold and so on. Just helps you build a nice emotional journal to teach yourself to make decisions and push the panic emotions to the side. Ones you trade on the charts not on news or emotions then things also get easier.

Did not know there is FOMC meetings.
I dont trade the news only charts but thanks for the heads-up.
