Yes I see the tails, but Feb closing below resistance is unconvincing for bullish continuation IMO.
I think Feb and Jan tails will break.

this means that the vote will fail.

causing tomorrow's vote on no deal brexit. followed by a vote on whether to ask for Article 50 extension.

I would say overall this is POSITIVE for Sterling. But expect a whiplash down tonight. which could be a buying opportunity.

But personally, no, all I see on monthly is the urge to break to the upside. Only time will tell who was right.
