Hey Elbert, one of my biggest problems trading is the drawdown at time of putting on the trade..
Today is a perfect example, I bought in @ 1.2916 then had to watch it head down to 1.2890 before finally going the direction I expected so a few things happen there, the drawdown, the stress with the drawdown and leaving money on the table( buy in would've been better @ 1.2900)

Lately I've turned it into an art form....LOL

The pair edged above the descending trend line made on 4 hour chart which suggests the pair might continue its positive momentum up to the level of 1.2965 level, a move above will make the pair reclaim its key psychological 1.30 level.

If you reed last weeks post it might give you an insight on how I trade or the post about what not to do in a trade . The question could be 1 did you plan why you bought at that level .. ??? As posted best try trades on s/r lines or tl line either trade the breakout or trade the short off that line . Trading breakout you sometimes have to be careful with stops as time confirming could confirm lower or higher than your pleased trade and then move in the direction you planed .

What I would like to know Dr is WHAT big boy placed that trade . They read the posts and it's not mind blowing to know how much money was on that gap fill . That's what I put in my post . Think outside the trade . As the trade sucks one in . And sometimes that suck in mentality can lose a lot of a traders money . Why because the trade was not in a plan . A plan to get in a plan to get out and a plan to manager the trade . Regards B

Thanks M8 for your insights I'll go over last weeks posts...
Today was a bit rushed, I thought it wasn't coming back to 1.2905 and went to get a coffee and on the way back saw price heading up and bought in.
What I should have done was see if price would break 1.2916 then buy in, at least it was a positive trade but interestingly GU could only get to 1.2925 B4 pullback..
