Hi Emicovi,
I see your problem in this way: you say that you're a scalp trader, and as you know scalping means small profits in a short time. So I don't see your (small) TP line in this picture. Because your TPs and SLs should be based on the swings of your working timeframe (in your case M1).
So first, try to backtest M1 swings. Second, try to create your own trading strategy around M1 swings or how much profit (pips) you can take from every M1 swings. And then, try to trade M1 swings based on daily trend... I hope it is clear somehow...

I personally would not consider this because the price failed to make a lower lower after it reached equilibrium. That tells me the trend is weak and possibly turning upwards.

First of all, admire your analysis and accuracy. well done to you and thank you for inspiring me to learn and keep me focused on Swing trades. for whats it worth, GBP/NZD may have been oversold, and possible retrace looks like this? Who has the crystal ball heh..

EUR/USD Sell opportunity on 4hr

Analysis:

The bulls look exhausted after the short rally to test the trendline break gap at around the 1.1440 level, forming a double top formation. This is a good opportunity for a short position targeting the 1.12800 level

Stop losses should be placed beyond the double top zone allowing for a 1:3 risk/reward trade to the weekly support zone
