from my hourly chart you can see it is converging.

So breakout either way is imminent.

Lots not issue, correct, the % that you are risking your account with open position is the main and only issue, leverage..better you trade your strategy without risking of margin call, one should adapt the lot size to strategy...me for example always traded with high leverage, and at some point aftet huge profits i blew up because bad risk management, caused by bad emotions (greed, not assumpting the loss,etc) but because there was a possibility on leverage margin to those emotions play a role...in my case, the salvation was low leverage Xm forced me because of new rules...God bless*
In your case, if you plan and apply the plan before trading, with fixed sl and tp, and if the emotion dont change that, it can be susseful,with correct and steady risk management..keep taking advantage on that...

Book says 1 %.

anybody strictly followed ?

Those days I blown up my account/s as everybody else, yes, these days I allowed very few times 10 % at times. But my method ( tech ), which I follow, do not see even 5 %/

Got most of my buys in this morning. That was nice to wake up to. Still hard to tell which direction the PA wil go. The stochastic is below the 20% which may suggest oversold—I’m not convinced at this point—or a continuation of a strong down trend. Have to hang tight for a bit.
