Well the bears took a ridiculous amount of time to make the distance of the 2924 average price swing level. The bulls just can't attract enough attention yet and lose each battle. I am now anticipating a close below the 2924 and a push onto the 2883 as price attempts to drag the average below the 2924, I currently see a price target of 2899.

May just test 1.2996 region before it goes down. That will be R1 region, trendline resistance

I just hope that it was not Theresa May’s last dance when she came onto the stage of the party conference in Birmingham to the tune of Abba’s “Dancing Queen“ yesterday. At least she danced around the tricky details of Brexit in her concluding speech. Comments like “honouring the result of the referendum”, “seek a good trading and security relation” and Great Britain was not afraid to leave without a deal were met by enthusiastic applause. She avoided the word “Chequers plan“. With the exception of some sentences on Brexit, May focussed on other issues in her speech. As a result her comments have to be seen in the context of her trying to appease the hardliners with boastful comments on domestic politics: they were not aimed at the EU. The reaction in Sterling was reserved, as there was an absence of meaty new statements. The leader of the Northern Irish DUP, Arlene Foster, has made it clear in the meantime that her party would not accept a tariff border between Northern Ireland and Great Britain and that this was a “blood red line”. That does not make it any easier for May’s governments in the negotiations with the EU, as the Conservatives depend on the votes of the DUP. Somehow everything seems to be rather deadlocked at the moment, and as a result the downside risks for Sterling remain in place.

Almost there, looking for signs if a downward continuation will happen. We are at the juncture of the downtrend resistance on the H4 which coincides with MA200. A wedge like structure is in place and on the H1 we do have a bullish DIV on the RSI.
