1.2986 region solidly supported it. There is a bearish setup that broke out just awhile ago and this can mean a big down swing. However it climbed back up trying to invalidate the break out and hence the bearish setup. Should this gets invalidated, usually the opposite will happen ie. bullish upswing. Out of a good scalp short. awaiting clarity before next move.

Excellent observation. What I would like to see is GU close the week near the weekly high. That should almost guarantee a gap to the upside being as the last 2 weeks GU has made an aggressive move to the upside only to have her returns lost towards the end of the week.
1% a day keeps the 9 to 5 away. Even with 500usd account!

As prev mentioned 1.3079 region the resistance th higher timeframe will need to clear, once it does those that hold shorts will be saluted...

Isn't it ironical that just few hours to the next interest rate decision we are few pips aways from where we started before the last GBP interest rate decision? Despite all the seemingly unending aggressive sell that took place then

There has never been a bearish set up ( for me ) in GU based on previous day candle from 6th september.

5th september candle was the last bearish day set up for me.

for me, the day has to close below 2990 to be bearish tomorrow.

Today there was a bullish signal in asia around 3020. ( sorry 3025 )

I want to sell a pound. But on the chart, I see that there is still potential for growth. Trend on h4 and D1 ascending. If the price breaks the current high and consolidates, then I'll add another position.
