Well despite a tad of sideways movement allowing the average to catch up the 4H it has now reached the next level of 2690.

Below this is the 2439. There may be pullbacks of sorts but for now we can only consider these to be retrace scalps so that we don't get caught with the market going against us suddenly.

It is always best to let the market tell us the direction rather than trying to outsmart it with whatever theory one subscribes to.

Waiting for the news but there might be some opportunities.

H4 shows divergence and support around fib 1.272

Weekly chart show support around 1,27 (lows june 2017 and jan 2017)

My trade plan for this morning / today is to see what the UK data brings and add to my existing short position.

Looking at the chart, anywhere between 1.2720/40 would be a nice area to add.

Still targetting 1.2590.

No action until UK data is released later this morning.

Morning Nala,

What's the next level if you use the weekly chart (I think it might be 1.26)...would you give more credence to that level given that it is a weekly one?

Let me point you to recent Boe meeting, 9-0-0 for a hike, highest in 10 years... oooops.

The gbp is already going where it's going regardless of what 5 min red data comes out

Agree with you in principle about price will go where it will go, but yesterday's H4 candle (6am-10am GMT) showed where price was going.

Big shoot up on poor data, shaking out weak shorts, then price fell 70-odd pips.

Pretty obvious move.

The weekly says 25388...

However that means very little to me because I trade what I see on the 5M chart because target levels can fail and on a weekly basis I could be very much in the red waiting for the result.

5M said long so I am long and just closed when the price hit the 1H EMA
