im still learning this so bear with me

i thought if it breaks the red trend line and opens above it, it signals an upward trend. correct me if im wrong or misunderstood....

You understand correctly, but in your chart, the trendline has NOT been violated. Show us where you see the break. Just trying to help.

Anyone not on GMT have the opening price of that candle?

This screenshot is from xtick software. You need to pay for it and you can only analyse on it, you take the trades on your brokers platform. Their charting time is GMT.

Hi Mouteki

Follower of your method. Thank you for taking the time to enlighten us all.
I have 2 questions:

1) Do you ever straddle your trades- meaning having pending entries around supply and demand lines in potential directions the trades may move?

2) How to handle severe pullbacks on potential long term trends...the 40 pip profit is great once in profit, but I keep getting stopped out with +10 S/L, only to see trend move further on after major pullbacks.

Hi all.

As you have seen, this Thread is becoming one of the biggest of all forex factory; because of it, its REALLY HARD to find something here (you know, too much information leads to uniformation). So im reposting in one zip all the EA´s, indicators, and documents that i have found in the Thread to make it easier to have them.

I will request from their developers or anyone that can help improve whats in the zip, the following information to make then easier to use:

EA.- MoutekiStop from fukinagashi: Do you have a new version of the ea (current is 1.0)

INDICATORS:
Moutaki Heart-Ignacio
Moutaki Heart Mono V1 and V2

Whats the difference between the 3 of them?, i use them on mt on 4hour chart, and they have the same result. or is there any difference at all?

Mouteki-Denmark trend new: this indicator shows points of support and resistance obviously; but beside that, is does have any more difference from the INGNACIO and MONO ones?

And also, i can´t dowload the document related for resistance and support, so if any one can add it, it will be great.

Question in general: What Indicator does anyone suggest is better from this ones?

If anyone have a newer version of this indicators and Ea, please post them as well to have them updated.

Before going and switching do a diff broker try changing you pc time zone to GMT and see if that changes the charts. If not just use a third party charting software.

I believe Demark discusses taking a position on the candle that breaks the trendline, but Mouteki methodology requires we wait for an OPEN above or below the trendline. I would wait. Or, switch to a broker who is on GMT. But under no cirmcustances would I enter prematurely.

Only price. It stalled around the +35 pip range, and when it headed back the other way I wanted to secure ateast some profit, more than +10, so I closed the trade.

I do not believe in changing my PC time will make a difference with Metatrader since the time for the MT is based upon the brokers server. If I look at MIG - the current time is Oct 6 0:00 while IBFX is Oct 5 20:00. If you look at my chart which I posted today vs Horace's chart, IBFX actually got one in a better price.

MIG next candle open: 1.8759
IBFX next candle open: 1.8816

Though price eventually will fall into place between the differeing brokers, I would rather have a better early entry which would be IBFX in this case.

I'm no NorthFinance live feed and they are on GMT+2. The Mouteki setup seems to be "always late" on this timezone -- at least compared to brokers on GMT.

Looks like my workaround will be to open a demo account with IBFX (who is on GMT) and monitor it for setups. Then switch to NF to take the actual live trade...
