I will be starting on the Mouteki system from Monday since it is much better than my own system.

I will also be posting the charts here both for my own referrence and in the hope that someone so inclined could point out any mistakes I am making with the system.

look foward to your journal, as I have enjoyed Mouteki's thread as well

just an observation I believe your getting in late on the CHF as my take profit level was hit at 1.2320 on friday from entry at 1.2490 on the 20th, your trend line looks like it is not positioned right please correct me if i am wrong

Best of luck

Michael

Thanks for your comments Michael.
I'm feel really great that you are looking forward to my journal.

Maybe this is a second price projection?
I may be wrong as well as I'm new to this system and also fairly new to forex.
I guess I'll wait to see what happens.

As I am still learning the system I find all these threads/journals very very interesting; since the forex market can be interpreted so many ways. Why I asked was because ur demand trend line didnt allow for at least 2 bars to close without one closing lower then your low point(the second bar closed well below where your drawing your line for support.)

" we look for the very next point of support that has two candles to the left and two to the right that do not exceed the low of the support point"

I am not sure if I am interpreting moutekis system correctly and maybe you could explain your lines so I understand better how you came up with it.

hope this isnt cluttering your thread just want to follow along with you
best wishes

I am right along with you on the AUD/USD, although monday's always scare me for initiating new positons so I may not make this trade.

Thanks for pointing that out Michael
My mistake I overlooked that point.
here is the corrected chart
trade: sell USD/CHF @ market TP 1.2241
http://kalesh.net/forex/uch42.gif

Michael your comments are not cluttering my thread and they are very welcome.
The main idea for this thread is to get opinion from everyone on what I am doing so if anyone wants to post please do so.

So many mouteki followers! This makes me curious. Where can I find mauteki strategy?

It looks like a pure price action approach, can you tell me the basic idea of it?

I went Long on US/JPY on Friday, it might be time for a long on the US/CHF as well. You should wait for next setup instead of hoping for a 2nd price projection to continue. Just my opinion.

Dude, you're late to the party Go to http://www.forexfactory.com/forexfor...ead.php?t=7883 and settle in for a long read Search for all of moutekitrader's posts, as he has gone to great lengths to document his system and has 2 word docs and 2 powerpoint docs showing the details.

Kalesh, good luck with your trading and I look forward to following your journal.

Thanks everyone for your comments.
The following trades have been opened
sell USD/CHF @ 1.2356 SL 1.2446 TP 1.2241
sell AUD/USD @ 0.7499 SL 0.7589 TP 0.7359

I do realize this may not be the best time to enter these trades but I'm on a micro account with about $5 in it so I have nothing to lose so may as well try it out.

this is such hocus-pocus nonsense. mouteki would not take a position on the weekly open of the Asian session. If you want to start a journal of Mouteki trading then you should follow his methodology exactly. Otherwise it's Kalesh's method. No offense!

I think FF should split into 2 groups:

1. Kids at Play
2. Adults at Work

their is no rule saying you must follow someones system exactly this journal is not false advertising and you should keep those useless comments to yourself.

I suggest if you have a comment on Kalesh's trading to simply make it without putting someone down in such a childish way

move on

As I have said before on a micro account with $5 on it I have nothing to lose.
Consider it what you will but the main aim is to develop experience with the system and to learn to filter bad trades.
So even if I lose 90% of the time I'm still going to take every trade signalled by this method just so I will know exactly what to do when I open a mini account.
Once again there is nothing to lose in my account so I'll take every trade.

No hurt feelings please- i just think that if you start a thread following Mouteki's system then you should follow it. Otherwise it's not a Mouteki trade.

kalesh,

I am new to forex, just wonder which broker you use which allowed you to open an account with $5 balance and did it come with the Meta Tracker?

Good luck and thanks.
