Can you tell me which broker you are using, and the time frame? On my chart, I did not get the signal until the big drop. I am using MIG based upon Zurich time.

tough break. There have been many times you guys got a signal before us after a big run, just use your chart and things should work out in the end.

Does the red X on the bottom mean a false signal,or what?
And sometimes there is an arrow,but no signal by mauteki rules.
Anyone using Demark indicator please explain.

Sure, I'm using Interbankfx (demo), and they are GMT. What llambert says is true I believe. In the end, it will even out.

My understanding of the red X is that its a false signal... Apparently you should not take that trade because the low of the candle which broke through the demand line is lower the the low of the next candle..

In my case, would one take the short as soon as it broke the trend line? If one waited for the second candle, its too late...

et - this is purely me... if I were sitting there looking at your chart using Mouteki rules, I would sell it based on the 2nd candle even though it went down a lot already. That is Mouteki rules. If it goes down another 100pips you won't think that 2nd one was too late.

Your are right. If one follows his filtering rules, it would be the second candle, just I wanted to know what others would do. I will see later where it goes. The good thing about his system, its simple, and not cluttered with so many indicators as other systems.

That would be exceedingly dangerous to do in my opinion. I believe Demark discusses taking a position on the candle that breaks the trendline, but Mouteki methodology requires we wait for an OPEN above or below the trendline. I would wait. Or, switch to a broker who is on GMT. But under no cirmcustances would I enter prematurely.

boy this one pulled a fast one didn't it. Breaking trendline, almost ready to open above it, then YANK - down she goes to open below it.


So the earlier trade was a WINNER!!!!!!! It hit the pp and never came back to the +10.

I know you Mouteki Traders may think I'm Crazy But I went Long At 1.8763.
I think the lack of sleep has caused me to loose my mind. The forcasted rate of 4.75 acted like traders were actually expecting a .25 hike (hidden Forcast ) I Totally missed the short and sat dazed and confused. I was almost ready to jump on the short band wagon but a just could not pull the trigger, so I went long on the Dip. I Hope I can hang on until NFP, We will see. Up for the week, so i'm not risking to much , just getting ready to bust up through 1.8900.

Best of luck to everyone , I learn somthing new everyday.
