Soon a few more news ... I have pending buy in place @ 1.2972/41, ... I don't know if will get triggered or I will remove, it looks like it will have to find a new direction: more down or up.
Looking more at it, 1.3 is very likely to happen, more down too
It might be easier to find new paths if it will go up.

in a way, the Building Permits report makes sense ... US is now building in UK since GBP is so cheap
