GBPUSD Trade.

Two Points Why this makes sense:

  1. USD rallies are shallow with the backdrop of escalating US-China trade war tariffs.
  2. Sterling loves to rally on the back of the Bank Of England stability reporting optimism.

Entry Level:
BUY at 1.32200

Target
1.33000 (+80 pips)

Stop Loss
1.31700 (-50 pips)

My take, as long as 1.3200 region remains supported, the bias may still be for mid term long. Weekly pivot is still supported at 1.3226 by H4 and H1, a push upwards from here will definitely be favourable.
1.3200 region seems to be holding for now, this sideways compression likely to be preparing for a bigger move, can be either ways.

The price action has entered a support zone and operating sideways. Technically, we may expect a southward push after the current northward retracement.
