it is great strategy.thanks simoneg.take same trades on demo, its easy to follow strategy by android mt4 on work.how do you come to that 4 forex pairs whitch you trade,with others results its not so good?

Thank you ficibald! I chose some pairs that I believe were most strongly correlated, from reading and research, whether it be positive or negative. Along with the USDX and US30 as guides in make my trading decisions. That was it for me. So I just stick with these pairs.

Hi EVolta,

No your'e not spotting the setup correctly. Your number 3 bar would have the Lowest Low, then the bar before that would be bar #2, then Bar #1.

So I just got the opportunity to update POST#1 with further information on buying and selling rejection levels. I do hope this will add some clarity to that aspect of the strategy.

when looking for long signal, Bar#3 has always to be the lowest bar. the wick has to be the lowest from all 3 bars.
Bar#2 can be an inside bar or green or red. Bar#2 is the least important Bar.

Hello birdland, from the chart that Evole posted, I have a doubt...

We see a waterfall and then price stops a bit and we have a bullish candle, this setup does not suit 1,2,3?

Then price resumes and keeps going down, after some more candles we have more or less the same setup, we should take them or skip them? Why?

no, its not the pattern introduced by simoneg.
there are many different 123 patterns existing, also here in ff.
but this from evole posted one does not fit into simoneg's 123.
trading is like dancing, don't think and just listen to the music!
