My view is bullish setup did not pan out, anyhow the larger timeframe has yet confirmed its all bearish... so lets see
I'm thinking we've got a bottom in one of the GBP pairs with this spike. I reckon it's GBPUSD. Next few hours would tell. If it doesn't break lower, we'd likely see 1.40 today.
Positions are revealed.. big players will not let it go below139.
Cable is still bearish, largely. But the price action is still operating in a triangle on the H4 time frame.

Testing previous M5 swing low at 1.3970 region and now testing previous trendline resistance for bullish setup

I like the chart. The problem I have is that on the weekly we are still bullish and your triangle looks like a pennant. Not a very pretty pennant, because the weekly momentum didn't look that great. I would take an upside break for sure.
