About 1 hour after this post was made, price action started moving southward and has since moved more than 60 pips southward.

No not made it yet, it was 11 pips short of 3935 but I still think it will make it and possibly during this Asian session. 40 pips away now. The Bulls have held above the average for the past 24 hours or so and no sign of the Bears taking it back though they have tried.
