Many thanks to Ralffe for sharing his strategy. I think we would appreciate if you post your charts from time to time so that we can ensure we are drawing the trendlines correctly.

Regards, Roy

Thre's more to this than just trendiness of pairs. Account size and risk tolerance play HUUUUge roles too. If you have a small account (which I do) the stop-loss levels means a small take-home pay package ... many, many pips to make any money.

What you need is the winning ratio of the KISS system. Then you can combine that ratio with your account and lot size to take a measurable risk and make good profit.

Depending on what Ralffe thinks, you could maybe trade a 4hr chart of a pair which is trending well on the daily.

Twas a great week. Well worth waiting for.
Not much on the calendar for next week so we could see consolidation before the next continuation moves.
Too early to tell yet but here are the tentative lines at present. They could change with next weeks price action.

Interesting to note. Not a huge number of participants on this thread.

The average FF member is a loser yet if a thread does not have charts lit up like a xmas tree with lotsa useless indicators & or a equally useless EA attached they are just not interested.
I guess they will have to carry on being losers.

Yes, FF traders are like flies. Attracted to #[email protected]!.

What are the white boxes?

I notice you are hooking your new lines on any arbitrary point. Not swings high and low. It's not clear what you think a 'wave' is in your video explanation if it's not a swing high/low.

This is what I think they are.

Swing high

Swing low

A middle bar that pokes down below its fellows on either side.

Is this just something you do early in a trade?

If it doesn't matter where you put your lines, and you're mostly concerned with getting the angle right, maybe we can come up with a definition and measurement for the correct angle.

No, as I said they are tentative lines. If we get consolidation next week as I suspect they will become more apparent. If necessary I will redraw them & post when appropriate.

Hi Ralffe, I have you to thank for this week being one of the best weeks I have had trading forex, in a long time. I have been trading and losing over all, for a long, long time now. Although I have never given up, you have given me back the confidence to know it has not all been in vain. The best thing you have helped me with sir, is changing my mind set of trying to scalp my way to profits. I have for the last several years been searching for both a simple and profitable system and when I found one, then I would proceed to over trade it, and continue to lose. You not only have shared one of the simplest stradegies I have yet to see, but were able to express clearly the wisdom of daily trading, and multipling the profits with re entries along the way, and speaking for myself, THAT HAS MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE!
I appreciate your sharing your charts and thoughts at the end of the week, as it is a great opportunity to compare them to my own lines I have drawn, and reassures me that my thinking is on point.
I wish for you many Blessings in life sir, and thank you again for the desire to help those of us that WERE struggling.
Sincerely,
Andy.

They lose because they are not (REALLY) interested in understand market dynamics (a thing that this thread help you to do this!) why and when the price moves; and they doesn't really like Trading! They are not curious; Because when you are really and genuinly interested in one thing, you do it with pleasure and you'll be good at this!

The most Trader's objective it's to MAKE MONEY! Stop. They don't like what they do! They trade because "they MUST make money" and Trading (in their dreams) is what that may could help you. This is why around the 90%+ of traders lose, nothing so complicated.
