H4 Violation of 1.3420 from the Asian session should see Cable head in the direction of our 2nd Target of 1.3480. Slow and Steady now boy! For fundamentals - focus should shift to the unemployment claims and Oil inventories NEWS, I hope the price should stay above 1.3420 up till the news.

Low liquidity, holiday season, last trading day of the month and year. Conditions are ripe for erratic wide spreads and price action. I'm leaving things until next week.

I had a straddle trade on - buy stop @ 1.3458 and sell stop @ 1.3430 and to my dismay, both got triggered within roughly two minutes of each other.

****ing ridiculous. And I thought it was just my broker pulling shenanigans.

I agree. Price hitting 1.3420 zone should actually mark an initial pullout. We should pull out some lots now and trail stop. A successful violation of that zone would see cable pushing for further high into next week or could just experience a sideway movement. Bravo!

Last day of the year's trade! Very low volatility. Who can tell? The sideway dance it looks. i belief since the daily candle closes BULL and well above the 1.3420, Cable should still head North towards 1.3480 otherwise; the sideways dance till the opening of the new year. Lets Dance!

Live and learn .. Guess that's why bid and ask are needed for proper backtesting.. Can't even get creative with mid price to cover when situations like this happened if you didn't see it.. I'd never think to +/- .0010 of midprice for G/U or many of the other affected pairs..

Last night I attached the predicted support and resistance levels of GBPUSD of the Volatility Response Model (VRM) for today. Here are the results. Weekly levels in the top 30 minute chart, daily levels in the bottom 30 minute chart. Times are GMT-4 . EMA channel (4,7) included.

Daily level 1.3395 was the day's low before rising to daily levels 1.3453/1.3455. After that there was a bounce off level 1.3432. There were some large gaps between levels.

Predictions for tonight and tomorrow to follow.

Correction for GBP traders, we found out the lovely girls at train station 1.3420. Those are interested to catch the TP from 1.3470 - 1.3455 also suggested to do so. See you guys again in next train station.

Two H4 candles are enough to correct the full UP side train station movements from 1.3420, lets see and wait for that at the train station coffee shop, If H4 candles fails then slowly and steady will test the targets at this train station 1.3420, very sure indeed. If GBP traders want to make a Sell at CMP, it was a good time, if you want to wait the highest possible is 1.3530 - 1.3540 up to you, good lucks ya.

Last but not least, see you guys again at next train stations.
