I put something similar up a few weeks ago, so far so good, ive been waiting for the retest of that low. it should be a big candle similar to the one i've pointed out. but more towards being a bullish hammer. newtons quote apply's here, " For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" it will be fairly equal, but on the opposite side of the high. in order to continue up.

Will the passing of the Tax Bill on Tuesday ( or before Christmas ) strengthen the Dollar and dump GBP?

Several support levels around 3200-3280....

those targets are out of whack - this will require a total collapse. Having said that daily does show signs of weakness and 3260-3280 is the key.
If this cracks GU can sink 300-400 points. For now bulls will defend this zone.

dips bought near 3260-80 are a safe bet this week. GU won't flush without at least another re-test of highs near 3480-3520. They always pump before flushing.

Although the pair strong bearish trend seems slow down, but with uncertainty on Brexit, I'm expecting further decline towards below support level 1.3300.

I assume that the price will continue descending to the point of 1.32481. And it will test support here. But price, can pass half of this way down and make a reverse toward the resistance to the point of 1.34165.

I am seeing something a bit different. The price action is in a consolidating mode. Technically, the bigger picture is still in favour of bulls; just look left and see how the trend has moved before the consolidation or correction you are seeing. You may also check the D1 time frame for technical context.

I may be wrong. Trade safe and prosper.
