hah, I do the same, was just trying to uh, attract some eyeballs. way I see it, negative carry doesn't matter as long as you can pay attention enough to find good new entry points after locking in some profit.

broke through monthly pivot, go usd/frankie

A bit late, but NZD CHF is interesting to trade. I think it has upward potential on the longterm, that's why I'm Long (and adding)

I'm adding very small amounts, so that this freefall is not a problem (yet!). If we get to .5 (who knows...) I'm buying more, if it gets lower then I probably wont buy any more.

Sorry about double posting, but this thread may want to know about this.

Found an interesting article from Action Forex (8/15).

"some traders considered the speculation of a EUR/CHF peg has been over exaggerated and the franc may rebound this week when traders start realizing such a peg may not materialize. In addition, with U.S. and eurozone still having their own economic problem, Swiss franc remains the major safe-haven target for investors, so if nothing happen on the rumor day of implementation on 17 Aug, the Swiss franc may rally later this week"

My read
I don't know if Swiss passes a peg bill. But if it happens, Swiss will go down with other European countries due to their impossible debt -- what an irony it will be (Swissy purchase power will decrease tremendously). SNB stinks when it comes to policy making if you ask me.
