thanks for the chart.

yes i see the same. I feel that this good weekly trend might be ready for some sideways zig zags.
D1 might not be sutiable for trades. but DIBS will still keep us busy I guess at least for the Swing actin.

I did take UJ short earlier and ended Be. Then arrived a CLEAR EU short and its FT. that has potential both on D1 chart and H1/H4. LONG TAILS...

The market was getting set up for todays US News Announcement (ISM Non-Manufacturing PMI) The figures came out less than expected. and so the Dollar yen dropped.

I was well positioned thanks to DIBS Low Risk Entry at Frankfurt open. Long on Cable short on UJ, both were turned to FT well before news in the am session. Nothing more to do simply watch the profits sore... IMHO... know-er of nothing.

the following charts dont show the live trades but just posting here to make a point. I did not need complex analysis to get this low risk trade. Now its up to me and my long term goals where I chose to take profits. So what is it that I want from trading? How do I define and understand my edge? That will determine my over all profitability in the long run.

Ps. had an attempt on EUR/USD long but that got a -1R. yd's short exited as well.

Hi njokie,

Did you take profits on the entire position? If so, you might want to leave a small part of the position open so you can get comfortable letting the position either get stopped out or make you money.

Respectfully

That is one of the nice things about the dibs entry, it is flexible enough that you should be able to make money with its various applications

Short PO on EU . EU D1 is sideways, and this is almost a reversal trade but still a DIBS breakout in the direction of todays trend. IMHO

sitting watching my trading activity for the day, and what do I see... I think I over traded. All I do on a normal day is look for those "low risk" entries and wait for market to move possibly near or around news events. And when I see a day like YD, usually I don't trade the next day unless something really pops up such as a strong 1 or 2 candle move away from open line and then a DIBS signal. But today, I traded 5 times. Usually I trade 5 times in a week. oh well... NEXT

I was wanting to respect your space.. so I took it down..

I am glad you took it in the the way I intended...

I took down two posts, "At least you are honest with yourself" and "I like to write notes on my chart to keep out of trouble" .
