Hello All I have just called FSCS. Actually that they have paid only 100 guys out of the Second batch...as a test run !! So I guess we will have to wait a bit longer .. next week maybe many thanks

I have been paid today , I only had £249.59 to come and I got £237.64 ,, i'll settle for that , i'm in Sheffield Uk if that makes any difference ...

Hello. Thank You. Hope You get payed also soon...

No, I did not get anything from FSCS or KPMG or whoever.

I just get the payment in full in usd on my dollar bank accont (Unicredit Bank).
I made conversation from usd to eur by myself today.

I also did not get any email confirmations about anything at all from noone,
the only email I did get was the one from KPMG about Claims Portal agreed balance on 11.05.

Hey guys, finally the money is in my bank after all the complaining of yesterday
The money appeared directly in my bank account, no cashier check or anything.
So strange, cause they said they were going to do it via cashier check thats why i was complaining mostly and everything sounded so strange ( Well, and because of the so long waiting and continuous delays )
Finally this chapter of my life is over, as i said, the worse thing i did was enter in the stock market.
Now i got other business and i am so happy, doing good and having time for relax not like in stock market.
Good luck guys, i hope you got your money the next week, thx for everything and a "pleasure" to suffer for so long time here.
Finally, OMG, i am so HAPPY!! Tonight i am gonna die in a disco or something, YEEEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

saying also
The Joint Special Administrators (JSAs) have been working with the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) to enable you to assign your claim to FSCS.
This email is to confirm that FSCS have determined that you are eligible for compensation under FSCS’s Compensation (COMP) Rules and that an electronic payment has been paid by FSCS to your bank account in accordance with the payment instructions provided by you on the Claims Portal.

I have recieved the "a payment has been made to your account" email, from KPMG the day AFTER the payment landed in my account. So don't necessarily expect the email to arrive before the money.

I have also been paid for my personal account. However, I am still waiting on my company's account. I rang FSCS today and was told that the applications will be sent out to the companies in the next 2 weeks, so anyone with a company account knows what to expect.

I have just got an email from FSCS today as follows

This email is to confirm that FSCS have determined that you are eligible for compensation under FSCS’s Compensation (COMP) Rules and that an electronic payment has been paid by FSCS to your bank account in accordance with the payment instructions provided by you on the Claims Portal.
Please note that, in the cases of failed payments, you may be contacted by the JSAs requesting further confirmation of your bank details. If you do not receive payment or further correspondence from the JSAs as outlined above within 7 working days of receipt of this email, or if you have any further questions regarding the compensation payment, you should contact FSCS directly. Full FSCS contact details can be found by clicking on the following link:

Please ensure you have your FSCS reference number ready when you contact them. Your FSCS reference number can be found on their payment which will appear on your bank account. If you do not know your FSCS reference number, please be ready to confirm your name, address and date of birth.

FSCS compensation payment
The compensation amount is the value of your claim (unless it was in excess of £50,000) which was agreed on the Claims Portal. All compensation payments made by FSCS are in US dollars. This ensures that compensation payment will be consistent with the currency of client money distributions in the Special Administration.
FSCS can pay compensation of up to £50,000 per claimant. The US dollar equivalent of this amount, as at 19 January 2015, was US$75,790. If your claim is for more than £50,000, when the JSAs make distributions, they will be paid to FSCS in respect of your claims. FSCS will transfer the value of that distribution relating to your claim on to you until you have recovered your full claim against the Company, should that time arise.

If you do not understand how your compensation has been calculated or if you have a query about the balance, you should contact FSCS.
FSCS payment terms
FSCS provides compensation for financial losses suffered only where these losses cannot be paid by anyone else. If you have received compensation from anyone else you must tell FSCS immediately. If you have already sold your right to claim against the Company to someone else again, you are not entitled to any FSCS payment and you must return the compensation payment to them. Please note: once compensation payment is banked you will no longer have the legal right to sell your debt to another party.
Your acceptance of this payment automatically transfers to FSCS your legal right to claim against the Company and transfers to FSCS your legal right to claim against any other party in respect of this loss, and to sell the debt to another party. As part of this agreement, you must repay FSCS if you receive a recovery from us, the JSAs, or anyone else which has not already been accounted for in FSCS’s compensation calculation. Under this legal transfer, any money that would otherwise be due to you will now be due to FSCS.
The compensation payment is in full and final settlement of your compensation entitlement from FSCS.
