I just looked now. The email is from JSA not from FSCS. My error
Important !!!!!

I Called FSCS to get an updated and got shocking news.

I was told my money was sent 15-5-15. I asked them why every call i made after that date didn't inform me this and i hadn't received anything in my bank.
asked why the agents i spoke to kept telling me im in the second batch.

Called my back to confirm my swift number etc and now the FSCS is going to have to trace my money and have added a week to my payment date.

asked them why such a mistake could be made, their response was there is a system in place to guard against these errors etc and it didn't work this time.

Now by bank is tracing this money and the FSCS is doing the same.

I believe that swearing is a sign of an irrational mind but fuck it, THIS IS FUCKEN BULLSHIT man. I have been push beyond normal boundaries of incompetent tolerance now.
Received all my money just now. Full amount, nothing deducted. I'm in EU by the way. Pretty satisfied with FSCS, not bullet express, but these things take time.

is it possible to find my funds in my bank if im assigned with etx?
I just received an emali telling me that i got paid, one day after i got paid.

Just an advice, if you open a new forex account in any broker, just send them the minimun ammount you need to trade, maybe to only 5 bad trades, so if you lose it, you can send more, but you protect your whole funds in your bank account.

No you shouldn't. You were given the choice on the portal between etx and fscs. If you chose etx then any money payouts will go to your etx account, not to your bank account. That's what I was lead to believe back when we had to choose.

i wish i havent chosen etx.. .they are robbers they gave me credit to the account and lost it with their manipulations :/

When you do get your money to your etx account, withdraw what you can and then close your account.
Just received money in the bank.. short a few hundreds...

It means that they just paid us? I check to my bank account i think my bank still got holiday during ied mubarak and official national government holiday

So maybe check with your bank a few days after the bank holiday to see if the funds have arrived; the payment has been most likely been wired to the bank account and international wire can take some time to arrive. If the funds still haven't arrived then, telephone FSCS directly instead of emailing them. I read somewhere in this thread that phone call is more effective than email.
