VTTrader: Simple Forex System and VtTrader

Has anyone or can anyone re-create MuddBuddha's Simple forex system for VtTrader (CMS Forex). Of all the systems I've seen this seems the best for someone new to forex (which I am). Or if anyone has any suggestions on what a good system for a beginner to use would be. I see alot of Meta Trader talk on here and wondered what brokers people recommend for Meta Trader. Fibogroup seems like a poor broker in comparison to others but I do know they offer Meta Trader. thanks in advance.

If MuddBuddha doesn't mind I will take a look at it but I did a search of the forum and can't seem to find it.

If you can point me to a plain english description of it and MuddBuddha agrees, then I will work on it.

"*DO NOT open a position if there is more than 50 pips from the bottom of the candlestick, bar, or line on the time interval that the EMA's cross to the next confirming time interval."

Does this pertain to Short Positions Only and vice versa for Longs?
ie. If High is greater than MA intersection + 50 pips, Do Not Enter Long.

As it is unlikely that the 10 MA will cross both the 25 & the 50 at the Same instant, does it matter which occurs first?

I've traded the "Fib" version of this for about 2.5 years.. and with mixed results.

The reason is, you might have a winner, but it later becomes a loser when it whips back.

I have been trying to figure out how to address this for quite some time.. I have this programmed into VT if you'd like.. I'm off to work right now, but can post it later.

The newer system I'm working on, the OCC (Open/Close/Crossover) seems just as simple, but the success rate is 3-4x better.

It's not quite polished yet, but works really well.. Rich has been using it slightly modified on the 5M chart. I use it on the 4H.

Both of us have moved to a "triangle moving average" instead of exponential, that drastically reduces the false signals and choppiness.

I dreamt up a few modifications to it last night, so will impliment it probably tonight.
