I've personally enjoyed your recent hiatus from this thread, but now that you seem to be back on several threads including this one, gracing us all with your "trading against the herd" mentality (which you're certainly entitled to), Why don't you consider losing your personal antagonism towards dove, indicators, almost every other trader other than yourself, almost every other trading strategy other than yours, and either contribute something useful or start your own thread and spew away.

Public forum and all notwithstanding, there are still basic rules and you might want to refresh yourself by reading below from the sticky on the rules thread. I've posted them below for your convenience, and the benefit of any new folks (like yourself) who don't know what or where they are.

Alternatively, since he probably won't go away, one can just hit the "ignore" button and this guy just disappears... well almost .

at the 0.9580 and want to see 0.9650....i am starting to like this pair...

Hey - I'm doing great and enjoying life....... I'll look at that pair again and see if it will given up another 65 pips in a heart beat..... smiling.

Ak4x, I have to disagree with this position against offensive or controversial comments.
This is how political correctness started and freedom of speech disappeared.
Suddenly everyone has to exist in some artificial comfort zone where noone discusses topics like politics or religion, and everyone ignores worrysome news.
The "civilized" society is now at the point where people start self-censoring what they think! Since some thoughts are apparently not allowed or offensive.
Ignoring true trolls is a good advice. But internet including the public forums is the last place in the G7 countries where freedom of speech still exists. Just be prepared to read something offensive and ignore it or if you give a @&$%! (see, self-censorship again) about the topic feel free to respond.

if you are up in the morning at 0600 once the news comes out for the Cad...what i have seen in the future is usually which either way the currency is heading about 1 or 2 minutes prior to the news release is the way that it will head....i have made over 180 pips here.....over 120 once the news was released and then in on the retrace for the rest....i have entered at the 1.0130 and will again enter at the 1.0125 if it retraces that far up....if not will leave the one entry and be happy with it....hope to see you there!!

I think where he is coming from, and I agree, is the constant harassment; that has nothing to do with freedom of speech in which I agree with you. This trader had said his peace and that should be the end of it but it is not, but only showing a continuous disrespect for his fellow traders.....

I know Dove doesn't need anyone standing up for him, but just so Steelhead knows how people feel I will say this:

Since coming back to this thread I've only seen Dove try to help others through his trading methods and educational posts. He has done nothing but contribute to this thread. I didn't use his trading system or any of the indicators he uses, but felt like I could become a better trader if I at least tried to understand how he trades along with the indicators he uses. So Dove, thanks for all your patience and positive contributions to this thread.

Steelhead, try posting something positive that could help other traders instead of bashing them.

By the way, not short EJ, yet.
I believe we have to all learn how to get along here...If we work together each and everyone of us will benefit from this....I have knowledge that some of you don't have and all of you have much knowledge that i would love to have. ...so if we can lay down all these issues that don't make any different's and trade together we could all retire early....but i know my account has increase 100 foes since i started trading.....and i would love to see everyone here get the same results....so lets all just get along and trade and make a lot of money...

Gold will tell Cloud.....i made over 180 pips yesterday along with the aussie...i believe it will be hard to break 9650....but will watch the Gold prices.....cheers

yes it should or higher, 9490 was the TL i was talking about. i wouldn't put too much weight on gold, gold has climbed against all currencies, just my humble opinion....

Ok thanks....over the years i have watched as gold increases it appears to me that the Aussies moves hand and hand with that increase of gold differently than other pairs...just my two cents also....but i haven't really traded the Aussie currency much until yesterday so i will watch and learn and thanks for the information.....have a great one....

I guess you didnt read the posts. I have said many times I like dove we just disagree. I am entitled to post as much as you are janitor
I trade Gold and have put the Aussie movements up against the Gold movements and seen a lot of similar moves both up and down along the way. i have traded Gold since it was under $500.00 dollars an ounce....and we will see $1200 dollar soon.....trade well!!

Fb, first of all, I remember and have respected your input and analysis since last year on this thread, and I absolutely agree with you regarding freedom of speech issues. This is more of a time and place issue for me.

I imagine we (specifically on this thread) ALL disagree on a good number of things, but it'd be really hard to know exactly what those things are from the majority of the posts, as we mostly discuss what we do agree on, or want to learn about, and hopefully something constructive results.

We both remember how last year this thread was reduced to alot of uncalled for sniping that ran many of us off including Dove, becuz why bother?

Anyway, you'll get no argument from me on freedom of speech issues, but we might disagree on precisely when I'm free to speak...

BTW, my wife would really agree with you... I'm free to say anything I want, and she decides if it's worth listening to or not...
