I am probably stupid and/or my english is very bad, i don't understand which bar is #1 and which one is #2 in the explanation from post #6362.

So, current bar - 2 makes new H/L and current bar - 1 tries to make new HL/ but fails ?

The bar that makes the new High or Low is bar #1.
The bar that follows that bar (and tries and fails to make a new H or L) is bar #2.
Ok, so according to you current bar is #3. I assume that every bar following the new daily high/low that fail is not valid right? What characterize that candle ? high volume with long wick short body ?

You enter as price crosses back over the Open of Bar #2. This bar does not have to close. So Bar #2 is the current bar. Forget about any Bar #3.

Not a valid what? Until there is a new High / Low made then that bar is all you are working off of. If there is a new High / Low made, then that becomes bar #1 and you start the process again.

What candle? #1? It doesn't matter anyway. Nowhere in the description of the method will you find any mention of volume, high or otherwise.
Shape of candle and whether there was an optimal shape to it was discussed her a handful of posts back. Here's a clue...there isn't.
