I can see, that if you use res and support lines carefully, one is able to make 10 pips on each alert. Or rather, just go for 10 pips every time if it's against the trend.

Can I ask, this piece on the right hand of the chart, is it perhaps possible that you please make all the other currencies black. I only follow eurusd and eurjpy. I have my supp and res levels, and would like to see how these numbers work around my levels. At the moment it is very difficult to follow.

I was following eujpy numbers around my levels, and I see how your numbers peak and drop etc. If the price gets to a level, then your ma differences either expands or drops, so I could possible learn when to get in and out. You can imagine with all the co lours it is difficult to follow my two only.

What I would to see, is just the eurjpy and eurusd numbers pls, if possible.

This is an amazing thing that you guys have shared with us. Your lives will truley be blessed.

i think the numbers are incorrect as the chart data in mtf has not been fully downloaded yet.

{quote} Is it possible to stop that specific pair alert if that alerted pair's chart has already been clicked opened? Need this feature badly, otherwise it keep beeping. Also would be great if every click open back the chart that is already opened, instead of new one.

Hi belief and Feo, many thanks for your suggestions.
I haven't modified MADdash since April but there are several things I'd like to do with it.
I will continue development in the future, but right now I'm restricting MADdash to bug fixes only; I just have too many other things 'on the go' at the moment.

the numbers should not be that big. the most 4 digits. u can try open the pairs and check 1 by 1 if the charts data downloaded.

{quote} Hello tantor1973, MADdash was designed for a large screen. In the future, I may well do a condensed version but for now, sadly, it'll have to stay the way it is (not enough hours in the day!)

Hello My friend,

Thanks a lot for this great tool.!!

I have some good ideas to work alongside this dashboard, but unfortunately I'm facing the same problem. Simply won't fit my screen!

Could you please work out a solution for this?

This is limiting me and I guess a lot of traders with smaller screens to use, test and help improve this!

Greatly appreciate it!

Diego

Hi Aromos,

This is what I don't want to happen - people asking for my indicators and template as it will not help anybody. There is an idea behind everything on my chart and if someone doesn't know the reason why I put something on my chart, it will be useless to them. You need to have your own system and not be changing systems because you think mine may be better. Your trading system may actually be better than mine and all you need to do is to plug in your MA into the dashboard and test for some few weeks and months. This is not the work of few weeks or months, it took about 3 years playing around with this idea before it dawned on me that I may have actually stumbled on a great idea, only if it could be coded. So you need to take your time testing it for your system as well. And we need traders to test different ideas so we can all compare notes.

But if you still want my indicators, they were shared here. I have since shed weight by removing some of these indicators. I now use the M30 TF only on the M1 chart instead of the H1 used in the link with a MTF MA for the moving steps. 2 posts later (post 153) I explained how I trade.

Shalom, and God bless

Hello Honestknave and 919Gilead,

You guys have been doing remarkable works. Simply amazing. I like to trade with similar idea but manually. I believe this dash would help me a lot.

My humble request for future versions:

1) Fit in small screens. I think keeping options for selecting font size or spacing will do.
2) Options for selecting which Boxes one prefers to be shown. For example there are 3-4 boxes, one for the 8 currency groups, one for the meter by TFs, one for sorted pairs, and another for alerts. So one might prefer one or two of these boxes to be hidden.
3) Selection of currency groups and TF that one might prefer to be shown, and alert accordingly (although MADdash will work with all currencies)
4) Option of putting it into indicators folder instead of experts if possible

I know you guys have a very busy schedule. Plz try to do something for (1) & (2) at least.

Thanks and best regards.

Hello rihawk,

I'm sorry you're having some issues with loading MADdash.

In order to help you, you'll need to post up some more information about the messages you can see in the Experts tab:

I had a little time this afternoon babysitting a couple of trades, so I've put together a rough workaround for this. You can now select a font size (default=10) and everything should hopefully be scaled around it.

There are several aspects of MADdash that still need work (alerting, selecting individual pairs etc)... I'll take most of the code from csDash but it is a case of finding the time. Will get there eventually

I believed and it looks like the USD is the USD basket, so the pairs should be inverted. So each pair should in their currency basket read as follows:

USD Basket - USD/EUR, USDGBP, USDAUD AND USDNZD. All should have and * to show these pairs are inverted.

Each group would be easier to read like this. Same with all other currency groups.

So the numbers are correct.

By the way great work so far Andrew & George. Looking forward to see how this develops

* I checked first all 7 baskets and they works very good ( fist post )

*After, I checked pairs. You can see the euro and the dollar basket in the picture (second post)
euro basket +14, usd basket -17 and eurusd +31. We see that the rightmost vertical m15 column and eurusd chart confirm this. No problem here.

*But when I look at the leftmost value of the eurusd, values different. Okey, to be plus or minus does not matter.
Right column 31, left column 24.

Which on is right and why ?
