I tried this procedure and still can't move the indicators to a chart.

Any Ideas?

I think if you've reached this stage it's just not compatible - I had to get in touch with the original author of my incompatible indicator and ask for a new version

I will pay someone that will walk me through, by phone or other direct method, my Forex MT4, 600 build problem.

I can see three indicators but can’t attach them to a chart, as I could in the old version.

You do not need to spam every thread with your problem.

one idea: maybe the indicators do not compile with no errors at the new build (so they cannot be loaded on the chart). compile them with an older mql4 editor ( see http://www.forexfactory.com/showthread.php?t=470340 ) and after that copy the .ex4 file (NOT the mq4!) in your indicators-folder and restart mt4.

Are your indicators appearing as a little orange icon like the ones that work, or are they grey? If they're grey, it might be better paying someone to write you new one based on the files you have as they are incompatible:

Hi, i am looking for advice here.

Some of my Mt4 installed previously could run the EA i have, but i can't add new ones. I then attempted to install a few more broker's MT4 but to no avail i could see my EA appearing at the expert advisor column, it doesn't seems to be appear at all.

It's like a glitch or a bug, but i even do it on my VPS but it didn't show up.

Does anyone know the exact reason why?

New MT4 builds changed the directory....

older ones are ""assimilated"" but you have to put new ones inte the MQL4 root

Edit:

if you put them in the right folder it could be a build issue, as they are compiled with an older MT4 build

possibly you could help me with this one...........i have put the indicator in the right folder in the new build and my other indis are working just fine.....only basketanypairv6 does not create the offline chart..........thanxs

only small mod.
it opens the offlinechart now, not sure if it is working as expected, as i have no reference.

Sorry to bother you, not sure if I'm posting in the right area of the forum. I've made a "traffic light" type signal table, that alerts me when my planets have aligned. One of my criteria is whether price is above or below the opening range for each session, on the 5m TF. The code below is for the "Asian Range" (so the iHigh and iLow of the 5m bar at the Asian Open).

The code is compiling but not producing the outcome, I think there's a problem with how I'm referring to the time? Any help would be great.

hi all
i did copy my indicators file ex4. mq4. files and paste into indicator folder which into MQL folder. but my indicators are not showing in indicator list and custom indicators list which list into mettrader. i am using windows 8. kindly tell me solution.
