Self-exclusion program, script or function in mt4

Anyone know if there is a program to block access to trading that can be programmable?.

For example, I want to trade during certain hours and then no more until a few hours later or next day... there is some program, script or function in metatrader4 that can allow me to Self-exclusion?

Im having problems with my trading sessions, Im giving back all my gains because overtrading...

I used to use Outlook with popup messages on the calendar to warn of important Press and when to shut down.

An alarm clock would probably do as well.
