No it's ok...but all that does is introduce more things to check before a trade is taken. Just trading the system as it is, is already profitable (as you can see) and is as mechanical as is reasonably possible to get. The reasons why Yen trades behave as they do is irrelevant because the Matrix, with stoch and ASCTrend gives the signal....and the signal is what we use for the trigger mechanism

Thanks Marty. Currently he's yapping is Strasbourg about it too more at Forexlive

Personally I would have thought that he has enough on his plate to busy himself with, without poking his nose into the Ukraine mess. isn't Tony Blair the one who is trying to sponsor the Unkraine to join the EU?.........

I dont have a very favourable opinion of Tony Blair.

Currently he is a special Peace Envoy to the Middle East.

But he said "God told him it was right to attack Iraq".

Shallow hypocrites, with no moral substance, aren't my favourite type of person.

I can't stand him myself either. The lap dog of GW Bush. I just recall Nigel Farage saying that he (Blair) was sponsoring Ukraine (or maybe it was Turkey) to join the EU.

Took this one on GJ. Also matrix on H1&H4 was red, M15 was turning red. In addition, H1 stoch was going down. It was around S1 so that was a downside. But signal candle closed a little bit below S1.

Without taking count that the "cross relation" is true for all the other combined pairs ... IMHO if you have the trade signal and the SL is ok with your MM pull the trigger, wait and manage your trade.

I'm with you Wiz - my brain would overload thinking about all that interaction -

Bigger badass (more CPU power) brains like Islander can process all that - excellent!!

I try to employ the KISS principle for my trading..........if all aligns pull the trigger..........maybe I'm just simple...

Hi All,
I've been keeping an eye on the thread but have been unable to trade (decent hours) for the last 2 or 3 weeks.
PA looks like it has been tricky as of late.

Anyway, i caught the drop on EA just now. 108 pips after news spike.

Entered the trade because:
- M5,15&30 Arrows were present for a short trade.
- M5 Matrix
- Tokyo had just opened
- M15 & 30 Stochs were low, M5 had just crossed and was heading down.

The news spike sent it down in a great hurry.

It is very risky position to take when there is a news & it is always better to close the trade before the news hits. I assume it would be called gambling rather trading trading, irrespective of the trend, trade can go on other side.
if it wasn't the news spike then it is a good position to take indeed.
can you please tell me which MA are you using?
