My ultimate Bias on E/U is short but im long currently as i feel this is a retracement. the Daily Trendline (as shown in red line on attachment) has been broke and i expect a 3 wave correction to 1.33 (as it being a pychological number) although i will be protecting profits and watching price action around 1.32/1.325

The upper trendline is what i believe will cap this rally. Just my view good luck to all

We can see things many ways. Your views are welcome and respected. If I can be helpful without being judgemental it will be my pleasure.

Follow my posts on money flow. It is about Risk On and Risk Off and now I will give you a real example. If you already know this that is fine. If not it can only help you.

Let's talk about correlation.

Right now EUR/JPY is at 100.00 If it breaks 100.00 and goes to say 99.50 it will bring EUR/USD down. Watch USD/JPY at 76.65 which causes EUR/JPY to move. There is reasons for every movement. Put up a parralel chart of EUR/JPY and USD/JPY and you will see what I mean.

When the Dow goes up and IT IS NOT SHOWN IN ANY CHART IN THE WORLD NOW then what happens is the US Bonds are sold off and the Yields Go up and the US Dollar Index usually goes down. This causes money to be parked in USD/JPY until the BOJ intervenes.

This will give you a quick idea of what I mean. This bis NOT Rocket Science.

It is trading knowledge and experience.

Of course the answer is yes. In my own words here is what every winning trader needs to have.

First of all before everything else you need to have the interest and desire to trade forex. Then you need to have the time and energy to invest in learning the tools of your trade.

Then you require a sound mind and common sense and good learning skills.

Learning how to deal with your fears, your greed and your ego is next in my list.

The TRADING is the easy part.

You need to know what moves the markets and the various asset classes....

Great breakdown! I totally agree with you. I believe that trading requires great analysis, precise timing, and proper capital. Now, to understand what that details you need proper education. I'm an advocate for price action. I use fundies to inform me on when price will move and how strong. Technicals are a great tool, but can be confusing if you dont know how to interpret them. I use S & R lines, RSI indicator, Parabolic SAR, and volume indicators. I keep it very simple. I have a question for you. What do deem as a more effective entry, awaiting confirmation at a psychology level or placing limit/ stop orders?

Correlation is something that ive recently been intrested in and have taken into consideration into my personal trading plan. Coincendentially BOJ intervention is what caused my previous accounts to bust . Intresting enough as i type this Eur/jpy has broken 100.00!!! This is a great help to me as i will be studying correlations so thanks Knoholy. Ill be outing my longs if 99.50 and or / 1.2995 are broken for possibly a small loss but it will be ok because i have used good M/M. This is the beauty in trading. Although the price has fallen right now rapidly i hold. In past i would of exited my trade impulsivly. thanks again and best wishes

Took 55 from A/U and 35 each from E/U and E/J. 125 total. Can't complain. And like you, I don't try to hit those 150+ pip trades. Anything between 25 and 60 at 2 standard lots does me just fine.

thats good, i assume you know how you made the pips. I am not being nasty i have good intentions lol. even though i dont use indies but i am liable to contradict myself i will sometimes look at the average daily range and if it looks in my favour i will let the trade carry and yes i have made 100 + pip gain. and like today i mentioned a/u nearing a support level. Happy trading

Yes. I use a combination of the system I trade and supply/demand zones. The system uses indies, but they're set up different. It uses linear regression and the indies are based off that. Rather complicated. The supply/demand zones have really enhanced this system.

I would strongly suggest to everyone, no matter what type of system you use, to incorporate supply/demand zones into it.
