So just to update for those thinking about using the USA based company Interserver for their VPS, here are the latest instructions to join. If you choose Windows you will need to choose two slices of grunt (as in the attached photo.) Up to you, but I would choose Windows 2008 as it uses less memory to operate = more EA's you can use.
