Using range bars with 123 patterns - really helpful seeing 123 trades. My brokers don't offer many M2 offline charts. Does anyone know what determines the availability of M2 charts?

you need to place rangebar indi on m1 chart, and that will give you feed to open m2 offline chart. You dont have m2 chart on your platform, you need something to give you feed and create for you m2 chart.

I am not currently using the 123 indicator for trading 123s, I am more just using my eyeballs.

I do think the 123 indicator is great....but I have not experimented with the settings.

Range bars.....indicators...they are all just tools to help us see price action.

I do indeed love 123 patterns...and would be delighted to see this thread start to go in that direction again.

This new version has been developed using 15pip rangebars. V6 still works OK on normal charts I just want you to know it will probably give best results (without any more fine tuning) on rangebar charts.

This is my second update to the original indicator (v4) found in post #1077.
The first update (v5) is found in post #1119.

Version 6 changes include:

The only change is that Email alerts have now been added.

Any chance of coding this for smaller 123s? I have massive success on the 5 min using just 3-4 bars. Is this possible? Especially if you can code it to alert a few pips before the trigger!
I wanted to ask you if you can post the indicators you use "regression channels".
I tried a similar one on the internet but did not find him.

Hi there,
i tried installing the 123 indicator on my MT4 platform, but when i load it on the chart it freezes and i have to ctrl+alt+del it.
Any ideas how to fix this?

the supertrend lines are atr based with some calculations when price breakthrough the lines... so here referance points are current market price and its close...
what i want is in yellow dot/dash lines to know advance where the buy/sell generates... for this
i got idea is the same atr based calculations for the supertrend lines ... and here the referance point is the lines price (-1 or +1 ) then this yellow dot/dash lines will appear.. for advancement.
