My understanding from reading your documentation is:
FFcal.EXE calls WGET.EXE which updates the Clarion database and then reads from that database to create news.csv and @[email protected].
and that Recent News indicator only reads data from news.csv
Lets say I use two different preset files for indicators on different charts, one looking back 5 weeks and another looking back 12 months. What determines the amount of data that is written into news.csv? Does it depend on settings in FFcal.EXE or are the preset files also taken into consideration?
