USD/CAD had a good week this week. The pair is now trading at 1.3391 and looks prone to continue to the upside.

Oil is very likely headed to $54-$55 per barrel leading up to the MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND which is the last weekend in May.

It's back to testing the support at 1.3345, I think it will break out below that level and continue falling to 1.3300 at least.

It could fall further due to the oil price. But the fall in USD/CAD is more due to speculators and not economic fundamentals. I don't see anything positive coming out of Canada to benefit the CAD.

The Forex market's dominant ruler is the speculators , not fundamentals. I learned this adage the "hard way" , many years ago. Memorial Day Weekend in the USA with it's direct connection to gasoline consumption , will be the continued seasonal driver of WTI price , thus , a stronger Canadian Dollar. I live in Canada , seen it many times. On another note , it would be a complete shock to the USD/CAD if POLOZ raised rates this week. IF IT DID OCCUR , I could see the Loonie hit 131.00 very , very fast. Our economy is doing much better now that oil has been above $30.00/barrel.

If USOIL stalls at $55, then a long USD/CAD position might be good. Trump starts talking about WW3 on twitter and the oil moves up.

Oil is still going up and USD/CAD has not yet hit a bottom. Nothing positive from the BOC either.

USD/CAD will reach at least 1.3100, I think. I shorted after it broke out below 1.3300.

USD/CAD found support at 1.3224 and is now trading a bit higher at 1.3317. We might see the pair consolidate ahead of today's US data.

USDCAD D1TF there's a 100% retracement on the 3rd leg changed into a side way move.

What will it become?

Based on your theory.... The next wave should be up. However, look at all the pips which we should be willing to give up to the downside.

So far there is no indication it will reverse. I think it will climb to 1.3540 - 1.3580 next.
