We went into the session thinking pre-holiday would be fairly quiet. It was.

Euro rallied 'gently' for 4 hrs from London Close to NYSE Close. After NYSE close there was a small selloff of 25p.The most excitement was the first signal of the session, moved 50p in 40 mins.

An area of chop associated with flat macd gave us a couple of false sell signals on the way up. Again discretion, waiting to reach significant resistance is the way to go when looking for a reversal. This came later with the double top that came at...

now to the 3 signals, there are very nice pick , only this is so difficult, the first 2 signals I think only veteran trader have the knowledge to take this trades, the first one there is no signal, that will be long before, and now at the entry the stoch go already in the OB area and it is at a resistance also, so I don't think many trader would take this trade.
the second one is in an area where the macd is very flat and we stay in a very small range last 2 hours, no break so I also think this trade not easy to decide.
the last trade is a textbook entry very nice signal and after bounce from DT, year thats a 110% nice trade , every day one of this setup and we have done.

please don't missunderstand, this is not bad criticism only positiv ,this is my 2 cents for your wonderful work , go ahead and I will try to tell you what I think from the setups, and how many real signal from this system I see

Nice bull trade of the bottom TL entered. Alread closed 80% for some nice pips. Look out bears its going to be a rough day.

Anyway further to the comment by robdee and I'd like your opinion/thoughts on this.

For buys, if macd is above waterline/0 and was green changed to red and you get a move back to green and a signal on stoch/ema's it often leads to a big move.

Opposite for sells macd below 0 was red, green then red again with signal.

Something to consider.

I really enjoy reading your posts because you always make ggod points. This has already been considered but I also appreaciate you bringing it up. What you mention are valid signals I trade on a regular basis. Nice to hear from you.

Hi what u said is quite true. I think the price is testing support before it goes back up again. Which is why the Macd color change.

Good point, that is what we call a T/C or Trend Continuation move off the MACD. It is quite possible we could see a lot of these.

Yes, a very nice move with the 'flow' out of the London starting blocks....nice add on opportunity (as Vantage pointed out below)...and who knows, there could be plenty of gas left in the tank yet.

I'm hoping to have access to the room here soon, grinding the IT guys down ...sounds like you and the guys/gals are having a blast in there

One question, please : somewhere after the original simple method in post #1 and the advanced method in post #238, you mentioned a "third level" using intrabar entries : did you ever introduce / discuss this, as I seem to have missed it as I waded through the thread ?
